ABOUT US

Started in 2017 by a pair of friends in Newberg, Lisa and Julie, Loads of Hope Newberg continues to serve the community every second Wednesday of the month at Coin Laundry in Newberg.

Loads of Hope provides free wash and dry services, sack lunches (made by Veritas Upper School students), books and activities from the Newberg Public Library, and various toiletry items when available.

We would like to thank Veritas School, the Newberg Public Library, and Coin Laundry for working in cooperation with us and for their constant support. We would also like to thank Rock Point Church and Love, Inc for their support in the past. Much love to our donors; we can't do this without you! THANK YOU!!!

This Loads of Hope program has been one of many that has helped me and my kids survive and rebuild our lives. THANK YOU!

My wife, who is disabled in many ways, and I depend on Loads of Hope to stretch our limited budget. It is a tremendous help. We are extremely grateful.

Loads of Hope has been such a blessing for me and my children. Being able to have clean clothes is such a luxury, and I'm so thankful it is one my children have been able to have. Our quality of life has been improved and our difficult situation is easier to bear.

Being a mom on a tight budget with 2 kids, a husband that works, and me not being able to work; the free laundry night helps us out so much and I don't know what we'd do without it, especially since we've been out on our own.

I love what Loads of Hope is doing for us that can't afford to pay for our laundry, and I thank them with all my heart for the help. I think it is great.

Loads of Hope is a true blessing! I live on disability and often there isn't enough money at the end of the month for laundry. Or, it comes down to either laundry, food, or medications. What they are doing for us is a great blessing!

As a mom, it makes me truly happy to put my kids in clean clothes. They are always smiling when I come home with fresh, clean, folded clothes!
